Erhard Kalloch ou Eraldo, Chef – with studies at the Hotelbusinesscool of Bad Reichenhall and at the restaurant zum Friedensengel in Munique with Chef Koppelwieser, practics a fine , healthy, dynamic cooking.
In 1982 he started working in Catering acompaning Rock bands on tour as Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne, Def Leppard, Ted Nugent, Grupo Pau Brasil –Macunaíma, and big festivals as Monsters of Rock, Wackersdorf, Pink Floyd, Bruce Springsteen and others.

Mariana (vegetarian,makes our salads and greengrocery ) meeting 1987 in the south of France, acompanied Erhard on tour with Carlos Santana, Uriah Hepp, Rock Over Germany, Summer Jam, and others.

These experiences makes that our citchen transformed in a culinarion laboratory mixing a big variety of tecnics and flavors of this planet, getting exelent results in health and taste.

Our Breakfast is compost of a variety of local integral and white bread ,jam and jelly, honey, cheese, ham, salami, eggs, wafels, fruitjuice, milk, tee, coffe, hot chokolat and hot sandwiches and fresh fruits.
Our dinner is compost of 3 plates: one entry, main plate and desert
Our lunch is composed of 2 plates: one soup and a light plate.


We are preparing a special course of culinária.

It uses to advantage the Festival of the Horta, July the November.
